Registration fees for the 2010-2011 season are as follows:

• Initiation: $300
• Novice: $400
• Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Midget: $500
• Third Child+: 50% of registration fee
• Competitive Teams: $665 ($500 + $165)

  There will be a $30.00 fee to participate in the Rep Evaluation process, with a guarantee of two ice times.

Please Note:

• This year each player will pay a $40 fundraising fee with a separate cheque. In return you will receive hockey calendars that can be sold to recover expenses.
• The $165.00 Rep Fee is to be paid after the Rep Team selection.
• There is a $50 late registration fee per family after 25 August 2010.
• There will a $5 administration fee for all families who misplace or lose their copy of the registration form needed for income tax purposes.

• If you are moving to Petawawa, please include your Release form from your previous Association and proof of residency.

If you are in need of an copy of your child's hockey registration for tax purposes, team managers hold official copies. In the event that none can be located, please contact Simone Le Poidevin, G.P.M.H.A. Treasure and a copy can be emailed to you.

Please include your child's first and last name, as well as division and team name.
