Annual General Meeting
This year's Annual General Meeting will be held on 14 May 2012 at the Petawawa Civic Centre, Upstairs.
There are several positions on our Executive Committee that are renewing and volunteers are needed. If you would like to a member of this Executive, please ensure you are present at this AGM to be nominated. A nominatin will not stand if the volunteer in question is not present at time of nomination. The following positions are up for renewal:

Important topics and the future initiatives of this association are discussed and voted on. If you want a say, please be present.
A note of interest is a new $25 administration fee that will be applied to all players who tries out for Aces/Thunder and who did not inform the treasurer that the child has been accepted by the other team, resulting in a registration fee reimbursement cheque having to be issued. (Nov 1, Dec 7 mtg mins)
All parents in attendance will earn a ballot towards a FREE Player Registration. Maximum two ballots per family.
Please return coaching supplies, jerseys and pucks at this time.
Coaching/trainer registration re-imbursement will take place this evening, as well as Player registration for the 2012-2013 season.
